(a) Gud Girl Delivery Pass is a monthly pass requiring a monthly payment. A Gud Girl Delivery pass grants you access to free delivery placed through our website with a minimum subtotal $15 (excluding taxes, fees, and tips) as indicated. Gud Girl Delivery Service reserves the right to change whether a customer is eligible for Gud Girl Delivery Pass at any time with or without notice. Gud Girl Delivery Pass orders are subject to delivery driver and geographic availability, and taxes may apply to the cost of the items you order and/or to fees charged. You may provide an optional gratuity. Service Fees and other fees may apply. We reserve the right to add and modify fees that may apply to your Gud Girl Delivery Pass orders.
Gud Girl Delivery Pass is offered for a monthly fee payable at the start of purchase each and every month. By signing up for Gud Girl Delivery Pass, you agree that: (i) you will be charged your first Gud Girl Delivery Pass fee and any applicable taxes (such as sales tax, use tax, goods and services tax, and other transaction taxes) on the date you purchase your Gud Girl Delivery. Gud Girl Delivery Pass requires minimum purchase $15 per order.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, cancel, or terminate your access to the Services or your Gud Girl Delivery Pass. Where required by law, to provide you with written notice of the suspension, disabling, cancellation, or termination of your access to your Gud Girl Delivery Pass, including the reasons which led us to take such action.
(b) Gud Girl Delivery Pass costs $9.99 per month. You are required to purchase Gud Girl Delivery Pass each month. We will send you via email Gud Girl Delivery Pass code to use. The monthly code will expire 30 days from date of purchase.
